Mo Chang is currently working as the Executive Director/Principal for Community School. Ms. Chang formerly worked for the Saint Paul Public Schools as the District Charter School Liaison and Special Projects Coordinator in the Office of the Superintendent. Ms. Chang was a part of the Superintendent senior management team. Ms. Chang has over 20 years experience in education as support staff, program coordinator and administrator. Ms. Chang was a member of Mayor Kelly's Delegation that traveled to Wat Tham Krabok to assess the needs and condition of the Hmong refugees in Thailand in March of 2004. Ms. Chang was instrumental in developing the first public elementary school in the nation to offer Hmong language and culture to all students at Phalen Lake Elementary School in Saint Paul. Ms. Chang holds a B.A. from Metropolitan State University in Public Administration and M.A. from Saint Mary's University in Teaching and Learning and also holds a K-12 principal and superintendent license. Ms. Chang is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership at Saint Mary's University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
